The Holiday Party will be on Sunday, December 2nd at Aboca's Italian Grill! The entire restaurant has been reserved for GDB club members. Tables will be set up in groups of 4 and 6 and can easily be moved around to accommodate larger groups. You must RSVP for this event by November 26th.

RSVP Alert: There have been a few glitches in RSVPs for the Holiday Party. If you didn't receive an acknowledgement from Princess when you made your RSVP, please contact Princess again at specialevents@greaterdallasbicyclists.com. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience. Oh… and if you just haven't RSVP'd… you have until 8am Wednesday to make your reservation. The party is on!

 

The party will begin at 1pm, with appetizers and member socializing. The annual board meeting and election of new board members will be held at 1:45pm. Lunch will be served buffet style immediately after the meeting. Prior to the party, there will be a bike ride at 9:30am (replaces the usual Sunday Roll). The start will be at the restaurant parking lot

 

Aboca's does not serve adult beverages. Members have the option of bringing their preferred adult beverage for personal consumption. If you opt in for the adult beverage, please drink responsibly.

 

Please bring an unwrapped toy if you can. As in years past, this will be in support of the Family Gateway Center in downtown Dallas. They will also accept cash or check.

 

Festivity cost to members is $10*. Non-member cost is $25.


* You must be a GDB member before December 1st, 2012
